This training intended to create fashion perception and awareness is made up of two parts. In the first part, participants are introduced basic principles of fashion design and discover each stage of design process through various research, collage and drawing techniques.

During this part where creative collage techniques, painting palette and product design are performed, participants create a theme by using different painting techniques including marker, water color, dry paint pen and performing visual research and at the end of this part they have a mini collection.

Design Factory offers fun, dynamic, and hands-on training programs that help young people aged 14–17 explore and develop career options within the fashion industry.

Planned to build fashion awareness and perception, this program consists of two main parts. In the first part, participants are introduced to the fundamental principles of fashion design and explore every stage of the design process through various research, collage, and drawing techniques.

In this section, where creative collage techniques, coloring palettes, and product designs are developed, participants use different coloring methods such as markers, watercolor, and pencils. Through visual research, they create a theme and complete the program with a mini collection.

Introduction to basic fashion knowledge and key fashion concepts

Design Research

Visual research and theme development

Basic Art & Collage Techniques

Learning fundamental art principles of composition and preparing board pages using different media and techniques

Introduction to Creative Drawing

Creative collage techniques, silhouette development, and product design

Color Perception & Coloring Techniques

Creating a color palette using pencil, watercolor, and marker techniques

Mini Collection

Exploring basic fashion forms and preparing a mini collection accordingly

Three-Dimensional Thinking

Examining three-dimensional fabric textures and form studies

WORKSHOP

On the final day of the program, students complete the course with a hands-on workshop in which they create their own experimental and creative designs using the knowledge and skills gained over the two-week period.

Designs developed under the mentorship of fashion instructors are shared through a small presentation at the end of the day. This workshop is one of the most enjoyable and creative stages of the program.
